Who is Alex Mok?

Alex Mok has been in the fitness industry since 2009. Through multiple personal transformations, he has found his passion to help others live large in and out of the gym so that more people will be inspired to chase their dreams and achieve greatness in life. 

Early Childhood

Alex has always been active and competitive since the age of 8. Before he found weight training, basketball has always been his love, and thankfully that was what got him out of trouble in school.

Through sports, Alex has built great resilience, and the most important lesson he has gotten was perseverance. In times of hardship, that’s where you must push even harder. That spirit translates well to weight training and his career. 

Career

After his initial physical transformation at age 18, Alex knew fitness will be a big part of his life and he dedicated the majority of his time and energy to mastering his craft so that he will be able to provide better services to his clients and help them achieve results in the fastest time possible yet sustainable. 

At age 22, he started his first personal training studio even though he knew nothing about business. With 0 marketing experience, debts on hand, and the pressure of wearing multiple hats in the business, he successfully leads a team of passionate trainers who have a similar vision. 

The obstacles and limitations Alex encountered throughout his 20s in business and life have led him to 1 crucial understanding. Life is short and you won’t know how short it is. Live your life how you want it to be and go chase your passion without being held back by your fear and insecurities because the only thing that matters the most at the end of your journey is the memorable experiences you had in life.
